Day 1 - London
Welcome to London! Upon arrival, we will arrange your transfer to the hotel, where you'll have some leisure time to relax and settle in. Later in the afternoon, you'll find all the necessary information about the start of your adventure displayed on the boards located at the hotel reception. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - London
Today, you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant and historic city of London. Our panoramic tour, led by a knowledgeable local guide, will introduce you to some of the most iconic landmarks. You'll see the majestic Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, and the grandeur of Buckingham Palace, where you may even catch a glimpse of the famous Changing of the Guard ceremony, depending on the timing. In the evening, we'll meet at a convenient spot in Piccadilly to explore some of London's most lively districts. Together, we'll wander through Leicester Square, vibrant Chinatown, and the bustling streets of Soho, renowned for their theatres and diverse entertainment. Here, youll have the opportunity to select from a variety of restaurants for dinner before we make our way back to the hotel.
Day 3 - London - Colchester - Colchester - Volendam Ferry
On the morning of day three, we will take you to the British Museum, one of the oldest in the world, filled with artefacts spanning various cultures and eras. Following your exploration, you'll have some free time to grab lunch before we set off to Camden. Known for its vibrant market, Camden offers a diverse array of unique finds and global delicacies where you can enjoy a meal at one of its inviting eateries or food stalls.By 4:00 p.m., we will depart for Colchester, celebrated as England's oldest recorded town, where we will enjoy a leisurely walk through its historic streets. Our journey continues to Harwich, from where we will board a ferry for an overnight trip to the Netherlands, spending the night in comfortable en suite cabins. Please note that due to limited cabin availability on the ferry, the itinerary might be adjusted. This could involve travelling from London to Amsterdam via a daytime ferry with an overnight stay in Antwerp, or alternatively, by train or flight to Amsterdam.
Day 4 - Colchester - Volendam Ferry - Volendam - Amsterdam
We will arrive in the Netherlands at Hoek van Holland around eight in the morning. Our first destination is Volendam, a lovely fishing village known for its charm and scenic beauty. After enjoying the quaint atmosphere of Volendam, we will make our way to Amsterdam. Here, we will take a guided tour that showcases the city's many highlights. Experience the quintessential image of a windmill, admire the Rembrandt statue, and appreciate the modern architecture of the South District. We will also delve into the rich history of diamond cutting at Museum Square. The tour concludes as we walk into the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, allowing you some free time to soak up the city's unique atmosphere at your leisure.
Day 5 - Amsterdam - Hamelin - Berlin
We will start our day departing from Amsterdam, making our way to beautiful Germany. Our first stop is the enchanting town of Hamelin, with its delightful shops and streets that echo the legendary tale of the Pied Piper, penned by the Brothers Grimm. As we move on, we will journey towards Berlin, but not without passing through Marienborn, a site of historical significance as the former border between East and West Germany until the reunification in 1990. Day 6 - Berlin
Today, immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Berlin, Germany's dynamic capital. Our day begins with an insightful tour led by a knowledgeable local guide. Today, we will embark on a scenic journey through lush forests towards Dresden, celebrated for its remarkable architectural and artistic treasures, making it a top destination in Germany. You'll have time to explore the city's stunning palaces and enjoy lunch at one of its many delightful cafs or restaurants. Later in the day, we'll depart for the Czech Republic, heading towards the vibrant city of Prague. Upon arrival, we'll guide you to the bustling Old Town Square, the perfect spot to soak in Prague's energy and lively atmosphere. With numerous dining options available, you'll have the opportunity to savour a variety of international cuisines, including authentic Czech dishes, Chinese, Indian, and Italian. After a fulfilling day, we'll make our way back to the hotel.
Day 8 - Prague
Today, we delve into the Baroque splendour of Prague, often celebrated as the 'Baroque jewel of Europe'. Our local tour guide will lead us on an engaging panoramic tour of the city's most remarkable monuments, providing insight into its rich history and architectural diversity. A highlight of our tour is a visit to Prague Castle, with its breathtaking views and historical significance entry to the castle is included. Day 9 - Prague - Munich - Innsbruck

Later in the afternoon, we'll head to Austria, travelling into the heart of the Alps. Upon reaching Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, you'll have time to explore this charming alpine city. The evening offers a chance to dine in the atmospheric area of the Golden Roof and Old Town.
Day 10 - Innsbruck - Salzburg
Today, we delve into the sparkling world of crystals at the Swarovski Museum admission is included. Situated in Innsbruck, this museum is renowned for its exquisite displays and fascinating insights into the art of crystal-making. After our visit, you'll have the opportunity to explore Innsbruck's historic centre at your own pace, soaking up the charm of this unique city. Our onward journey takes us along picturesque mountain roads to Kitzbhel, a quintessential Tyrolean town famed for its prestigious ski resort and the thrilling Hahnenkamm Race. Day 11 - Salzburg - Lake Traunsee - Vienna
In the morning, we'll delve into Salzburg, famously known as the city of Mozart. Its Renaissance and Baroque heart sits enchantingly beneath the grand castle, providing a picturesque backdrop to our exploration. We then embark on a scenic journey past lakes and mountain vistas, arriving at St. Wolfgang, a significant pilgrimage site in Austria. Our next stop is Traunkirchen, nestled beside the beautiful Traunsee Lake. Here, we'll enjoy a cruise, taking in the vistas of four of the lake's remarkable castles before we disembark at Gmunden. Our travels then continue as we make our way to Vienna, where we are expected to arrive by evening.
Day 12 - Vienna
Today, we embark on a panoramic tour of Vienna, a city steeped in imperial history and cultural richness. Accompanied by a local guide, we explore Viennas grand boulevards, magnificent palaces, and expansive parks, as well as its vibrant city centre, which brims with life and charm. The afternoon is yours to discover Vienna at your leisure perhaps visit a museum, enjoy a coffee at a traditional caf, or wander through the citys historic streets. In the evening, well drive you to the Grinzing district, a charming former wine village now part of the city, renowned for its traditional taverns. Here, you'll have the freedom to choose where to dine and soak up the local atmosphere.
Day 13 - Vienna - Budapest
Today, we travel to the heart of Hungary, arriving in Budapest within approximately three hours. Our journey begins at Vci utca, a bustling street full of energy, where you'll have an opportunity for lunch at one of the local eateries. In the afternoon, join us for an unforgettable boat trip on the majestic Danube River, which divides the historic Buda from the vibrant Pest the views from the water are truly captivating. Following our river cruise, we will embark on a panoramic tour of Budapest, often referred to as the "Queen of the Danube" due to its breathtaking architecture and scenic beauty. You will then have some leisure time to explore this iconic city at your own pace. For an added cultural experience, we offer an optional evening outing to enjoy a traditional Magyar show accompanied by dinner.
