Seville, Cordoba, Costa del Sol & Granada

Lisbon (Portugal) - Merida (Spain) - Seville. This morning, we depart from Lisbon at 7:30 AM, heading toward the Extremadura region and arriving in Merida. Enjoy free time to take in some of the city's well-preserved Roman ruins and find somewhere for lunch before we continue south to Andalucía, arriving in Seville, where dinner is included.

Please note: This tour is bi-lingual and will be conducted in Spanish as well as in English.

Please note: If travelling prior to 27 March 2026, you will visit Caceres instead of Merida. All other arrangements remain the same.

Begin the day with breakfast, followed by a morning sightseeing tour that includes visits to Maria Luisa Park, Plaza de Espana, and the exteriors of the stunning Cathedral and its bell tower, the Giralda. We'll also explore the charming Santa Cruz neighbourhood, known for its streets, squares, and narrow alleys.

After the tour, the rest of the day is at leisure in Seville. If you choose, there's an optional river cruise on the Guadalquivir, offering panoramic views of the Gold Tower and Expo 92, or you can visit the Maestranza bullring. In the evening, as an optional activity, you can attend a flamenco show.

Seville - Cordoba. After breakfast, we will depart from Seville and make our way to Cordoba. Upon arrival, we embark on a guided walking tour starting at the historic Almodóvar Gate, once part of the city’s ancient defensive walls. We then stroll through the atmospheric Jewish Quarter, with its whitewashed houses, flower-filled patios, and narrow cobbled lanes, before visiting the renowned Mosque-Cathedral, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture later transformed into a Christian cathedral. After the tour, you can enjoy leisure time in the afternoon further exploring or relaxing. We will then conclude the day with dinner..

Cordoba - Ronda - Costa del Sol. We'll depart for the Route of the White Villages and Ronda. You'll have some free time to take in sweeping views from the Puente Nuevo bridge, explore the historic bullring, or stroll through the charming old town with its whitewashed buildings and quiet plazas. Then, we'll continue on to the Costa del Sol for the night. On most departures, we stay in the town of Torremolinos, though this is subject to change. Once we have arrived at our accommodation, we will enjoy dinner.

Costa del Sol - Granada. Today, we depart for Granada. Here, we will explore the stunning Alhambra and Generalife, the former residence of the Moorish kings, renowned for its magnificent fountains, gardens, and arches.

Please note: If tickets to the Alhambra and Generalife are unavailable on specific dates, as determined by the Patronato, an alternative city tour of Granada will be offered. This will include visits to the Palace of Carlos V, the Archaeological Museum, the Church of Santa María de la Alhambra, the Royal Chapel, as well as a walk through the Alcaicería silk market and Cathedral Square.

Granada - Toledo - Madrid. After breakfast, we will be departing for the Imperial City of Toledo, known for its rich history and monuments. Here, we will enjoy lunch and explore the city's narrow streets and alleys. Afterwards, we will return to Madrid, where our services will conclude upon arrival.

You will be dropped on Ferraz Street, near the Plaza de Espana at approximately 17:30, though this time is subject to external factors such as traffic and passenger delays.
