Arrival in Lisbon & Fado Show
Once you have arrived in Lisbon, a transfer will take you to your hotel for check-in. You may have some time to explore the city, grab a meal, or relax.
This evening, you will experience the soul of Portugal at a traditional Fado performance, where heartfelt melodies capture the spirit of Lisbon’s historic neighborhoods.
During the show, you will enjoy a welcome dinner featuring some of the most beloved dishes of Portuguese cuisine, a perfect introduction to the country’s rich culinary heritage.

Exploring Lisbon
Today, a transfer will collect you from your hotel for a half-day city tour with a local guide who will introduce you to Lisbon’s main sights. Begin along Avenida da Liberdade, once a grand promenade for Portugal’s nobility, before continuing to Parque Eduardo VII, the city’s largest park, named in honor of King Edward VII of England.
You will then explore some of Lisbon’s most characterful neighborhoods, including Alfama and Bairro Alto, where narrow lanes, tiled facades and centuries of tradition capture the city’s unique charm. The tour ends at Praca do Comercio, one of Europe’s grandest squares, with wide views across the Tagus River.
The afternoon is free for you to relax or explore more of Lisbon at your own pace.

Exploring Sintra, Cascais & Estoril
Lisbon – Sintra – Cascais – Estoril – Lisbon. This morning, you will travel by private transfer to the beautiful towns of Sintra and Cascais. Just outside Lisbon, Sintra enchants with its lush hills and romantic palaces. You can visit one of its iconic landmarks, such as the National Palace, Pena Palace, Monserrate Palace or Quinta da Regaleira, each offering a distinctive glimpse into the town’s history and charm.
Continue to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, where dramatic cliffs overlook the Atlantic Ocean. Then journey on to Cascais, a former fishing village that has evolved into a stylish seaside retreat while retaining its historic character.
Return to Lisbon along the scenic coastal road through Estoril, admired for its elegant promenade and sandy beaches.

Train Journey to Porto
Lisbon - Porto. After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and take a transfer to the railway station for your train to Porto. When you arrive, you will have another transfer, which will take you to your hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore the city at your own pace. You might take a gentle walk through Porto’s historic streets, enjoy the riverfront views, or simply unwind and make use of your hotel’s facilities.

Discovering Porto
Today, you will meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a half-day sightseeing tour of Porto. In the historic city center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will walk through the winding streets while learning about the city’s fascinating history and culture.
Along the way, you will see notable landmarks such as the beautiful Lello Bookshop, said to have inspired the Harry Potter stories, the richly decorated Church of St Francis, and the striking Palacio da Bolsa, known for its fine granite work and distinctive Neo-Arabic influences (entrances not included).
The tour continues to the picturesque Douro riverfront, where you can admire the elegant Dom Luis Bridge and the famous Port wine cellars that made the city world-renowned. During your walk, you will pause at traditional establishments to sample some of Porto’s finest local delicacies.
Your experience concludes with a visit to one of the Port wine cellars, where you will enjoy a tasting before returning to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore more of Porto at your own pace.

The Douro Valley Experience
Porto - Pinhao - Douro Valley - Porto. You will enjoy breakfast before a transfer takes you to Pinhao along National Road 222, one of the most scenic routes in Portugal, where you can take in the stunning views of the Douro River.
Your guide will show you around Pinhao and the best viewpoints of the Douro Valley, followed by a traditional lunch at one of the region’s renowned wineries. In the afternoon, you will visit the vineyards and enjoy a tasting of the valley’s celebrated wines.
Later, you will end the day beautifully with a one-hour cruise along the Douro River, admiring the spectacular landscapes from the water. At the end of the day, a transfer will take you back to your hotel in Porto.

Departure from Porto
After your final breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and take a private transfer to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
