The stillness of the fjord and the beauty of the landscape create a sense of complete tranquillity as you leave the bustle of the city behind.
Your journey takes you past the entrance of the fjord and into its dramatic heart. here, you will pause by a small cave once used as a hiding place in earlier times before continuing towards the striking cliffs of Preikestolen. Rising high above the water, this famous viewpoint is one of the true highlights of the region, offering spectacular scenery from every angle as we sail beneath it.
Further along, you approach the powerful Hengjanefossen waterfall, where the boat edges close enough for you to feel a cool mist drifting through the air. In the warmer months, mountain goats can often be seen grazing on the slopes, and with a little luck you might spot sea eagles or seals along the way.
