Day 1 - Rome
Welcome to Rome! Upon your arrival, we'll be ready to transfer you to your hotel. Later, our guide will meet with you to share all the essential information you'll need for your stay. You can also find details on the information sign in the hotel reception area. In the evening, we'll take you to Via Cavour, a fantastic introduction to the rich flavours of Rome. Here, you'll discover a diverse selection of restaurants offering Italian, Indian, Chinese, and international cuisines. Enjoy your first taste of this vibrant city. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Rome
On the second day in Rome, we will embark on a three-hour guided exploration of this remarkable city. Our journey begins with a walking tour through Imperial Rome, complemented by a scenic bus ride offering panoramic views of this ancient metropolis, renowned for shaping Western civilisation. We will delve into Rome's storied past by visiting landmarks such as the Arch of Constantine, the iconic Colosseum (from the exterior), the Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, and the Baths of Caracalla. Our tour will also encompass the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and the historic Castel SantAngelo.Our exploration concludes at Vatican City around 11:00 a.m., where you can opt for an insightful visit to the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, organised by our guide. As the day winds down, we'll whisk you to the lively Trastevere district, famed for its inviting restaurants and vibrant evening ambiance. We'll return to the hotel around 8:30 p.m.
Day 3 - Rome - Florence
We depart from Rome today and head northwards through picturesque landscapes to the enchanting city of Florence. Upon arrival, we visit the beautiful Piazzale Michelangelo, where you'll be treated to striking views of the city that are sure to leave you in awe. From there, we make our way to the historic centre of Florence. After enjoying some free time for a leisurely lunch, a local expert will guide us on a walking tour through the citys heart, where we'll visit renowned landmarks such as the Ponte Vecchio, the magnificent Duomo, and the vibrant Piazza della Signoria. Florence truly is an open-air museum, offering an incredible array of art and history at every turn. Day 4 - Florence - Venice

Here, with the expertise of a local guide, we'll wander through the impressive St. Mark's Square, surrounded by its stunning architectural wonders. Our itinerary includes a visit to the renowned Murano Glass Factory, where you'll witness the skilled artistry behind the world-famous glass creations. You will then have some free time to explore Venice at your own pace. Accommodation will be in the Mestre district, providing easy access to the city.
Day 5 - Venice - Innsbruck - Salzburg

Day 6 - Salzburg - Lake Traunsee - Vienna
Today, we delve deeper into Austria, starting with a morning exploration of Salzburg, famously known as Mozart's birthplace. We then journey through picturesque lakes and rolling mountains, making our way to the charming pilgrimage site of St. Wolfgang. Following a three-hour journey, we arrive in Budapest, Hungarys bustling capital. Our first stop is the vibrant Vci utca area, where youll have free time to enjoy lunch and soak up the local atmosphere. We then delve into the heart of the city with a delightful boat trip on the Danube River, capturing the striking contrast between historic Buda on one side and the cosmopolitan energy of Pest on the other. The following panoramic tour offers you a deeper insight into the splendour of Budapest, often hailed as the "Queen of the Danube." After the tour, youll have some free time to explore the city at your own pace. In the evening, there's an optional excursion to a traditional Magyar show, which includes dinner.
Day 9 - Budapest - Bratislava - Prague

Here, you can delve into the delightful historic centre and savour lunch at your leisure. We then continue our journey into the Czech Republic, arriving in Prague by evening. Day 10 - Prague
Today, we invite you to explore Prague, a Baroque gem in the heart of Europe. Our day begins with a panoramic tour led by a knowledgeable local guide, who will introduce us to the city's most remarkable monuments. Highlighted in our tour is a visit to the majestic Prague Castle, with admission included, allowing us to delve into its rich history. Following this, we'll experience the city from a different perspective with an included boat ride along the Vltava River. In the afternoon, you've the chance to uncover more of Prague's allure at your own pace, as you wander through its charming streets and vibrant squares. Day 11 - Prague - Pilsen - Rothenburg - Frankfurt
We will set off early from Prague and make our first stop in Pilsen, situated in Western Bohemiaa city celebrated for its beer. You'll have time to wander around its historic centre, where you'll encounter the Old Town Square, the cathedral, the Plague Column, and a Renaissance-era town hall. Our journey will then take us across the border into Germany, following a section of the Romantic Road. Our visit continues in Rothenburg, a picturesque town that seems plucked from a storybook and is regarded as one of Germany's most enchanting villages. Later, well proceed to Frankfurt, Germany's financial hub. After arriving in the evening, you'll have the evening free to explore the historic city centre, which boasts a diverse range of eateries offering Indian, Asian, Italian, and other international cuisines.
Day 12 - Frankfurt - Cruise on the Rhine - Cologne - Amsterdam
We begin our day in Frankfurt with a delightful cruise along the celebrated Rhine River, gliding between the enchanting towns of Rdesheim and St. Goar. Upon returning to Paris, we will explore Montmartre, a charming bohemian district famed for its vibrant artistic scene, featuring painters, cabarets, and eclectic street performers. Day 17 - Rouen - English Channel - Canterbury - London
Start your day with a leisurely stroll through the centre of Rouen, enjoying its medieval charm and historic sites. Once refreshed, well travel north through France to reach the coast, where well cross the English Channel by ferry. Our next destination is Canterbury, renowned as the religious heart of England. Take some time to explore the characterful historic centre, filled with cobblestone streets and picturesque architecture. Afterwards, well continue our journey to London. Once there, youll have some free time at the iconic Tower Bridge area, a quintessential symbol of the city, before we head to your hotel for the evening.
Day 18 - London
Today, we explore the vibrant city of London on a panoramic tour with a local guide. This tour delves into the city's rich culture and history, with stops at iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, the River Thames, and Buckingham Palace. If your visit coincides with the Changing of the Guard, you may catch a glimpse of this quintessentially British ceremony. In the evening, well reconvene at Piccadilly for a stroll through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, areas famed for their dynamic atmosphere, theatres, and diverse entertainment options. Around lunchtime, we'll head to Camden, known for its lively and eclectic market brimming with stalls showcasing a variety of cultural treasures.
