Day 1 - Delhi
On arrival at Delhis International Airport, our tour representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel for check-in. Delhi is a vibrant city where history and modern life intertwine, shaping its unique cultural and architectural identity. If you prefer to rest after your journey, you can relax at the hotel and enjoy its facilities. Alternatively, you may choose to explore the city at your own pace and begin discovering its lively streets. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 2 - Delhi
After breakfast, we begin the day with a visit to Old Delhi, starting at Raj Ghat, the simple memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. We then drive past the Red Fort, an impressive 17th-century fortress overlooking the Yamuna River, built during the Mughal Empires peak. Next, we view Jama Masjid from the outsideone of Asias largest mosquesbefore enjoying a rickshaw ride through the bustling Old Delhi market, including a stop at the vibrant Spice Market. After exploring Old Delhi, we travel to New Delhi to discover the British colonial legacy. Highlights include the Qutub Minar, Indias tallest stone tower, begun in 1199 AD, and Humayuns Tomb, an outstanding example of Indo-Persian architecture and a precursor to the Taj Mahal. The tour concludes with a drive past iconic landmarks such as India Gate, the Parliament building, and Rashtrapati Bhawan, the Presidents residence. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 3 - Delhi - Agra
After breakfast, we travel by road to Agra. Upon arrival, you will be met by our assistant and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, we visit Agra Fort, a remarkable red sandstone fortress built by Emperor Akbar between 1565 and 1573. The fort served as the seat of the Mughal Empire and features impressive gateways, pillared halls, mosques, marble screens and geometric gardens, showcasing Mughal architecture at its finest. Later, we proceed to the Taj Mahal for a sunset visit (closed on Fridays). This iconic monument was commissioned by Shah Jahan in 1630 as a mausoleum for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Crafted from white marble by a team of 20,000 artisans from across Asia and Europe, it remains a stunning example of architectural mastery. Overnight in Agra.
Day 4 - Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Prempura
After breakfast, we depart by road for Jaipur, stopping en route to visit Fatehpur Sikri. This well-preserved, abandoned city lies around 40 kilometres from Agra and was built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 to honour Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti, whose prophecy foretold Akbar would have three sons. Fatehpur Sikri served as Akbars capital for 14 years before being abandoned due to water shortages. Here, we explore key sites including the Jama Masjid, the tomb of Salim Chisti, and several palaces. After the visit, we continue the drive to Ranthambore for your overnight stay.
Day 5 - Prempura
Today, we spend the morning and afternoon on safari in Ranthambore National Park, one of Indias largest and most renowned tiger reserves. The park is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, and various species of deer and birds. Its landscape features numerous lakesmostly man-madethat serve as key habitats for the resident and transient tigers, often competing for territory. The reserve also contains medieval ruins, which the tigers frequently use as resting spots, offering a unique glimpse into the intersection of nature and history. Overnight in Ranthambore.
Day 6 - Jaipur
After breakfast, enjoy some free time at the resort to relax and unwind. Following lunch, we travel to Jaipur. Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel and have the remainder of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 7 - Jaipur
After breakfast, we set out for Amer Fort, perched atop a hill just outside Jaipur. Youll enjoy an elephant ride up to the fort, where the highlight is the Sheesh Mahal, or Hall of Mirrors. On the return journey, we pause briefly for photos at the striking faade of Hawa Mahal. Later, we visit the City Palace, whose museum houses an extensive collection of rare manuscripts, armour, costumes, carpets and miniature paintings. The day concludes with a visit to the Jantar Mantar Observatory, the largest stone and marble observatory of its kind in the world. Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 8 - Jaipur - Delhi
After a leisurely breakfast, we drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival, you will check in to your hotel and have the remainder of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 9 - Delhi
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Delhis international airport to board your flight to your next destination.
