What to pack for an Iceland tour
When planning a tour to Iceland it can be difficult to think of all the things you need to pack. To help, we’ve made this simple guide full of things you might want to bring with you.
Documents
The most important thing to bring are your relevant travel documents, these include: Passport, Plane tickets, Boarding pass, Travel insurance documents, Visa documents (check your local requirements to see if you need a Visa to enter Iceland) Emergency contact numbers, Photocopies of important documents, Driver’s licence, Vaccination records.
Clothing
Packing for a trip to Iceland requires careful consideration of its unpredictable weather, even during the summer. Layers are key, as conditions can vary widely in a single day. Here are some things you should consider packing: Thermal underwear, Fleece or wool sweaters, warm jacket, waterproof coat waterproof trousers, hiking trousers, walking boots, walking boots, trainers, hat, gloves, scarf, swimwear for hot springs and a backpack
