Welcome to your tour! Upon arrival in Berlin, you'll be transferred to your hotel, with some free time to settle in and explore at your leisure. Day 2 - Berlin
On the second day, you'll delved into the rich history and vibrant culture of Berlin, the fascinating capital of Germany. Our guided panoramic tour will take you through the heart of the city, where we'll explore the historic centre and discover the iconic Museum Island. We'll also visit notable landmarks such as the Reichstag and the Brandenburg Gate, along with the bustling shopping streets and serene city parks. During our visit, we'll pause at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Memorial Museum, offering profound insights into Germany's past. If you're interested in a further adventure, you have the option to join an excursion to Potsdam to admire its magnificent palaces.
Day 3 - Berlin - Copenhagen
On Day 3, enjoy your morning wandering the lively streets of Berlin at your leisure. At 11:30 a.m., we depart the vibrant German capital and set our sights northward. Our journey takes us to Rostock, where we'll board a ferry at 3:30 p.m. for an exciting Baltic Sea crossing. This modern ferry will guide us across to Denmark in approximately two hours, offering splendid views along the way. Upon arrival in Denmark, we continue our travels through picturesque landscapes, ensuring we reach the charming city of Copenhagen by the end of the day.
Day 4 - Copenhagen
In the morning, we will embark on a guided panoramic tour of Copenhagen, a city celebrated for its outstanding quality of life, dedication to sustainability, and vibrant cultural scene. Our exploration of Denmark's capital includes seeing the iconic Little Mermaid statue, the picturesque Nyhavn harbour with its charming historic buildings, and the exterior of Amalienborg Palace, the royal family's residence. We'll pass through the bustling Town Hall Square and visit the vicinity of Tivoli Gardens, an amusement park that has delighted visitors for generations. After the guided tour, you'll have the rest of the day to discover the city at your leisure, perhaps stopping in a cosy caf or exploring more of Copenhagen's many cultural offerings.
Day 5 - Copenhagen - Jnkping - Vadstena - Stockholm
On this day, we will set off towards Elsinore, historically known as the setting for Shakespeares "Hamlet," where we can admire the imposing Kronborg Castle. Following our visit there, we'll enjoy a brief ferry ride of approximately 20 minutes to reach Sweden. Our scenic drive through the stunning landscapes, featuring vast lakes and verdant forests, will take us to Jnkping, a charming modern city situated on the edge of a large lake. You will have time here to explore and savour lunch. Our journey continues to the picturesque town of Vadstena, known for its quaint old houses and a grand 14th-century castle that was later transformed into a monastery. We will then proceed to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. This enchanting city, set amidst the Baltic Sea archipelago, is renowned for its harmonious blend of historic splendour and modern innovation, connected gracefully by an array of bridges and ferries. We will arrive in the evening, ready for you to experience the captivating allure of Stockholm.
Day 6 - Stockholm
Today, well embark on a panoramic tour of Stockholm, a captivating city spread across 14 interconnected islands. Well explore Gamla Stan, the vibrant old town known as "the city between bridges." This area is home to many monumental buildings, including the Nobel Prize Museum, situated beside Stortorgets main square which celebrates Nobel laureates. Well also visit the impressive Cathedral and the Royal Palace. When possible, well pause at Fjllgatan to take in breathtaking views over the city. Following the tour, youll have free time to delve deeper into Stockholms charms. Its a great opportunity to visit the citys diverse museums and scenic parks at your own pace. If you wish, you can explore the City Hall, renowned for its stunning architecture, or learn about maritime history at the Vasa Museum.
Day 7 - Stockholm - Stockholm - Turku Ferry
Today, you have the opportunity to explore Stockholm at your own leisure. Wander through the city's enchanting streets or delve into its rich array of cultural offerings. As evening approaches, we'll board a modern ferry for an overnight voyage to Finland. Youll be comfortably accommodated in double en-suite cabins, ensuring a restful crossing.
Day 8 - Stockholm - Turku Ferry - Naantali - Helsinki
As we greet the dawn upon arrival in Finland, we suggest stepping onto the ship's deck to witness the stunning sunrise over the land Islands, a series of verdant, forested isles. After disembarkation, you'll have some time to explore the city of Turku, known for its strong Swedish heritage. We will then journey onward to Naantali, a quaint coastal town renowned for its charming wooden buildings and picturesque sea views. Our travels lead us to Helsinki, where we'll arrive around midday. The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure, with the opportunity to discover Helsinki's old market, admire the striking Russian-influenced architecture, and visit its magnificent churches.
Day 9 - Helsinki - Helsinki - Tallinn Ferry - Tallinn
Today, we begin with an included ferry excursion to the Suomenlinna Islands, a cluster of six islands housing a formidable fortress that once safeguarded Helsinki's entrance. Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, these islands are connected by pedestrian bridges, offering a scenic exploration. Later, we'll embark on a 2.5-hour ferry ride to Estonia. As we leave Helsinki, take in the stunning views of the surrounding islands. By evening, we will arrive in Tallinn, ready for the next chapter of our journey.

As we journey towards Riga, we will stop at the Salaspils Memorial, a profound reminder of history located at the site of a former Nazi concentration camp. Day 12 - Riga

Day 13 - Riga - Rundale - Vilnius
Today, we set off for Lithuania bright and early. Our journey begins with a visit to the splendid Baroque Palace of Rundale, a masterpiece crafted by the same architect responsible for Saint Petersburg's Hermitage Museum. As we cross into Lithuania, the deep Catholic roots of the country become evident at the impressive Hill of Crosses, where thousands of crosses in various sizes create a powerful sight. We'll enjoy an included lunch en route. In the afternoon, we'll visit Trakai, a picturesque castle set majestically on a lake island near Vilnius. We'll conclude our day in the Lithuanian capital. Please note that if daylight permits, our visit to Trakai might take place the next day following our exploration of Vilnius.
Day 14 - Vilnius
In Vilnius, we'll kick off the day with a captivating panoramic tour of the city, promising insightful glimpses of its rich history and stunning architecture. Known for being built on seven hills, Vilnius is often compared to Rome, and you'll see why as you explore its Baroque churches, historical fortifications, and grand castles. Today, we journey from Vilnius into Poland, beginning with a visit to Grutas Park, famously referred to as "Stalin's World." This intriguing open-air museum showcases 86 statues from the Soviet era, offering a profound glimpse into the historical impact of that period. Afterward, we make our way to Augustw, a picturesque town by a beautiful lake, where we pause for lunch. Once refreshed, we continue our drive into central Poland, aiming to reach Warsaw by the evening.
Day 16 - Warsaw - Poznan
This morning, we will explore Warsaw on a guided panoramic tour. As Poland's political and economic heart, Warsaw is a vibrant city that blends the classic with the contemporary. Our tour will begin in the charming Old Town, renowned for its beautifully restored historic buildings and cobblestone streets, all part of a World Heritage Site. We'll see the Royal Palace and learn about the extensive post-war reconstruction that brought this area back to life. Well set off early from Poznan and make our way across the expansive plains towards Germany. By mid-morning, well reach Berlin, arriving around 11:30 a.m. This journey marks the return to the vibrant capital, where your adventure continues with familiar sights and new opportunities to explore the city's rich cultural landscape. Whether you choose to revisit favourite spots or discover hidden gems, Berlin offers an array of experiences to enrich your journey.
