Day 1 - Cairo to Bahariya Oasis
You'll be picked up early from your hotel in Cairo at 7 am for the drive to El Heiz Oasis, around 350 km southwest – the journey takes roughly four hours. You'll stop along the way for lunch and a chance to stretch your legs.
In the afternoon, visit the Black Desert, where dark volcanic stones and black powder coat the landscape in striking contrast. Continue to Crystal Mountain – a natural ridge glittering with quartz crystals, often called the Jewel of the Desert.From here, you'll travel on to the White Desert, where your deluxe private camp awaits. Spend the evening enjoying the peace and beauty of this unique landscape.
Please Note: You must let us know in advance of your tour where you wish to be collected from in Cairo. We recommend booking pre tour acccomodation for early pick up today.
Day 2 - Black and White Desert
Today you'll explore the remarkable White Desert, a national park famed for its chalk-white rock formations sculpted by wind into shapes that resemble animals, mushrooms, tents – even a sphinx.
Take a gentle walk among these surreal landscapes before returning to camp for a relaxed afternoon and evening under the stars.
Day 3 - Bahariya Oasis and Return to Cairo
After breakfast, you'll return to Bahariya Oasis to visit the Hall of the Golden Mummies, the Bennuti Tombs and Qasr Selim – important archaeological sites offering insight into the region’s rich history.
After lunch, you'll drive back to Cairo and check in at your hotel.
Day 4 - Cairo
After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Cairo International Airport in time for your departure flight.
