Day 1 - Welcome to Copenhagen
Upon arrival in Copenhagen, you’ll be met for a private transfer to your centrally located hotel.The rest of the day is at leisure. Stroll through the elegant streets of Denmark’s royal capital and explore Strøget, one of Europe’s longest pedestrian streets lined with shops, cafés and bars.
Soak up the city’s unique charm, where grand palaces and colourful Nyhavn — once a bustling trading port — invite you to experience hygge, the Danish art of enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
Day 2 - Copenhagen to Oslo
Copenhagen - Oslo. After breakfast, enjoy a free day to relax, shop for Viking-inspired souvenirs or take an optional city tour.Later, make your own way to the cruise terminal to board the DFDS overnight ferry to Oslo. Enjoy the evening on board as you sail towards Norway’s capital.
Day 3 - Oslo Highlights
Breakfast is served on board before arriving in Oslo, the capital of Norway — famed for its stunning fjords and blend of history and modern Scandinavian design.Transfer on your own to your hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring at leisure.
Wander along Karl Johans Gate, Oslo’s main thoroughfare filled with cafés and boutiques, or visit key landmarks such as Akershus Fortress, Oslo City Hall, the Fram and Kon-Tiki Museums, the Munch Museum, and the Nobel Peace Centre.
Day 4 - The Sognefjord Journey
Oslo - Bergen. After breakfast, make your way to Oslo train station (around 07:00–07:15) to begin a remarkable journey through Norway’s dramatic fjord landscapes.Travel by train to Myrdal, a mountain station and junction nestled high above the village of Flåm. Here you board the famous Flåmsbana, one of the steepest railway lines in the world, descending through spectacular scenery of towering peaks, waterfalls and tunnels.
Arrive in Flam and continue by cruise along the magnificent Sognefjord — the ‘King of Fjords’ and Norway’s longest. Sail through the picturesque Aurlandsfjord, renowned for its serene beauty, before reaching Gudvangen. Continue by coach to Voss and take the train onwards to Bergen.Upon arrival, make your own way to your hotel.
Day 5 - Gateway to the Fjords
Enjoy a full day to explore Bergen, the ‘Gateway to the Fjords’. A UNESCO World Heritage City and former Hanseatic trading port, Bergen offers a delightful mix of history, culture and coastal charm.See highlights such as the colourful Bryggen Wharf, St Mary’s Church, Hakon’s Hall and the bustling fish market. For panoramic views, take the Floibanen Funicular to the top of Mount Floyen.
For independent exploration, consider purchasing a 24-hour Bergen Card, offering free public transport and complimentary or discounted entry to key attractions including Rosenkrantz Tower, the Fisheries Museum and Fantoft Stave Church.
Day 6 - Bergen to Stavanger
Bergen - Stavanger. After breakfast, continue south towards Stavanger, Norway’s oil capital.Make your own way to the pier and embark on a scenic 5.5-hour ferry journey along the coast. Admire breathtaking sea views, rugged islands and pristine nature along the route. Upon arrival in Stavanger, transfer independently to your hotel.
Day 7 - Lysefjord Cruise & Pulpit Rock
Today we explore the stunning Lysefjord on an electric boat cruise departing from central Stavanger. Over 3 to 3.5 hours, the journey offers spectacular scenery and fascinating stories. Pass by Fantahålå (Vagabond’s Cave), where outlaws once hid, and keep an eye out for seals basking on the rocks.
Marvel at the famous Pulpit Rock towering above the fjord — a cinematic landmark featured in Mission Impossible 6. Continue to Hengjanefossen Waterfall, where the captain steers close to the cascade, and in spring, stop to feed the goats grazing in Lysefjord’s summer pastures.
Day 8 - Stavanger to Copenhagen
Stavanger - Copenhagen. After breakfast, make your way to Stavanger train station and board the train to Oslo, travelling through magnificent Norwegian scenery.In the afternoon, head to the port for your overnight ferry to Copenhagen, enjoying your final evening at sea.
Day 9 - Discover Copenhagen
Breakfast on board as your cruise arrives back in Copenhagen.Upon disembarkation, make your way to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Revisit your favourite spots from the start of the journey or explore more of the Danish capital — perhaps the Royal Palace, Tivoli Gardens or the National Museum.
Day 10 - Farewell
Breakfast at your hotel before your private transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
