Day 1 - Welcome
Welcome to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark!
The history of Copenhagen can be traced back to around the year 800 when it emerged as a small fishing village. By the year 1300, it had evolved into the capital city.
You will be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel. After check in, the rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 2 - Copenhagen City Tour
This morning, you'll enjoy a half-day private walking tour of Copenhagen, the world's consistently top-ranked city for livability.
Enjoy the city's must-see landmarks and monuments, including the 18th-century Christiansborg Palace - the Danish Parliament's residence, the Old Stock Exchange building, and Kongens Nytorv, where you'll glimpse the Royal Theater, the esteemed stage for the Royal Ballet.
Your tour continues to Nyhavn, a 17th-century waterfront and canal lined with multicolored townhouses that now host modern cafes and restaurants. Gaze upon the 18th-century rococo Amalienborg Palace, where the Danish royal family resides. You'll also have the chance to pass by Tivoli Gardens, the inner-city amusement park, and make a visit to the Gefion Fountain and the iconic Little Mermaid statue.
Following your city tour, you'll have the remainder of the day to enjoy at your own pace. Alternatively, you can opt to join our Hidden Gems of Copenhagen Cruise. On this cruise, journey through the northern and southern stretches of the harbour, where you'll witness the transformation of the harbourfront.
Day 3 - Goodbye
Your Danish adventure comes to an end after hotel breakfast. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have some remaining time to explore the city and visit any last-minute attractions.
You will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
