Day 1 - Arrival at Split and Transfer to Medugorje
We begin with a pick-up from the airport or port in Split and travel to Medugorje, a town that rose to international prominence following reported apparitions of the Virgin Mary on 24 June 1981.
Today, it is one of Europe’s most visited pilgrimage sites, attracting over a million visitors each year seeking peace, prayer, and spiritual reflection.
Day 2 - Medugorje, Mostar and Sarajevo
This morning we head to Mostar, a city famed for its blend of East and West. Divided by the emerald-green Neretva River, Mostar showcases a rich mix of Islamic and Christian heritage.
We visit the iconic Old Bridge and explore the historic old quarter, including Kujundžiluk bazaar, known for its traditional crafts and Ottoman charm. We continue to Sarajevo for an overnight stay.
Day 3 - Discover Sarajevo
We start the day with a walking tour through Sarajevo’s historic centre. Highlights include Bascarsija, the bustling Ottoman-era bazaar, and key landmarks such as the Latin Bridge, Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, and the old Town Hall. Along the way, we delve into the city’s complex cultural and historical legacy.
Day 4 - Departure
Morning transfer to Sarajevo Airport for your onward journey.
