Day 1 - Toronto
Upon arrival in Toronto, a warm welcome awaits as we ensure your transfer to the hotel is smooth and stress-free. Once checked in, the afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure explore the vibrant city or simply relax. Later, you'll receive detailed information about the start of your exciting journey, either during a welcome meeting or through informative displays located in the hotel reception area. Embrace the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the surroundings and feel the anticipation build for the adventures that lie ahead. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Toronto
Following breakfast, we embark on a guided tour of Toronto, taking in the highlights such as Chinatown, City Hall, the Financial District, and the iconic Eaton Centre. Well also visit Casa Loma and other key attractions within the city. All this gives you a rich sense of Toronto's vibrant and diverse character. In the afternoon, explore the city at your own pace. You may choose to ascend the CN Tower for breathtaking views, shop at the Eaton Centre, or wander through the extensive Underground City, which offers 25 kilometres of shopping galleries beneath the financial district. As evening descends, consider heading to Queens Quay, a bustling area filled with a variety of restaurants, perfect for dining and relaxation. After a day of exploration, you'll return for an overnight stay in the city, wrapping up a day steeped in the unique urban charm Toronto has to offer.
Day 3 - Toronto - Niagara-on-the-Lake - Niagara Falls
Following breakfast, we set off for the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. You'll have some time to explore this charming locale before our journey continues to the world-renowned Niagara Falls. Upon arrival, well pause to capture photos of the iconic Floral Clock. Next, we board the Hornblower Niagara Cruise, a small boat that takes us to the base of the breathtaking falls. Afterwards, youll have free time to enjoy the attractions at Clifton Hill. In the late afternoon, well head to our hotel in Niagara Falls.
Day 4 - Niagara Falls - Corning - New York
Following breakfast, we'll set off for New York, making a stop in Corning. This charming town is renowned for its extensive collection of glass objects. For those interested, there's an opportunity to explore the impressive glass museum. After our visit, we'll continue our journey to the vibrant city of New York.
Day 5 - New York
Following breakfast, we embark on an expansive tour of New York City, exploring the vibrant districts spanning upper, mid, and lower Manhattan. Our journey takes us through the iconic Wall Street, close to the financial heart of the world, and to the bustling Rockefeller Centre and the majestic St. Patricks Cathedral. We will explore the serene expanses of Central Park, pass through Columbus Circle, and marvel at the AOL/Time Warner Building. The eclectic charm of Greenwich Village, the cultural richness of Little Italy, and the historical Battery Park, with its views of the Statue of Liberty, are all part of today's itinerary.Come evening, we'll transport you to the dazzling lights of Times Square, often regarded as the pulse of New York City. Here, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere infused with Broadway's legendary musicals and the district's stunning illuminations. If your hotel is located in the Times Square area, you'll conveniently find yourself amidst the vibrant hub without needing additional transportation.
Day 6 - New York - Philadephia - Washington
Today, we journey to Philadelphia, where well visit the iconic Independence National Park, home to the renowned Liberty Bell. After exploring this historic site, we continue our adventure to Washington D.C., the vibrant capital of the United States. Upon our arrival, you'll have the chance to experience the energy of Georgetown, known as one of the citys most lively neighbourhoods. With its diverse array of bars and restaurants, its the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. We will arrange a night transfer to Georgetown for your convenience. Accommodation for the night is provided.
Day 7 - Washington
Following breakfast, our Washington D.C. exploration begins. As we head out, we catch a glimpse of the Pentagon before making a photographic stop at the Iwo Jima Memorial in Virginia. We then proceed to visit the poignant Lincoln, Korea, and Vietnam Memorials. Our journey takes us to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, followed by a brief photo stop at the iconic White House. We will also circle the Capitol, concluding our morning in the museum district of Washington.In the afternoon, we embark on a scenic boat trip along the Potomac River, offering a unique vantage point of the citys notable landmarks. After this leisurely cruise, we return to our hotel. For those interested, an optional night-time tour of Washington is available, showcasing the citys illuminated beauty before we retire for the night. Please take note: the Potomac River boat tour is not operational from October to March due to weather conditions.
Day 8 - Washington - Lancaster USA - New York
After breakfast, we depart from Washington and journey towards Lancaster in the USA. As we travel, you'll have the unique opportunity to observe the Amish farms, gaining insight into their distinctive 18th-century lifestyle. We will stop en route for lunch before continuing our journey to New York, arriving in the afternoon.
Day 9 - New York
