Day 1 - Toronto
Upon your arrival in Toronto, you'll be transferred to your hotel, where you'll have some leisure time to settle in and explore at your own pace. In the afternoon, you'll receive details about the beginning of our journey. Feel free to consult the informative panels at the hotel reception for further information. Enjoy your introductory day in this vibrant city! Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Toronto
Following breakfast, we will embark on a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Toronto, where we'll explore notable landmarks including the vibrant Chinatown, the impressive City Hall, the bustling Financial District, and the renowned Eaton Centre. We'll also take in the grandeur of Casa Loma along with other key attractions in the city. In the afternoon, you may choose to ascend the iconic CN Tower for panoramic views, shop at the Eaton Centre, or wander through the expansive 25 kilometres of shopping arcades in the Underground City beneath the financial district. As evening descends, you have the chance to visit Queens Quay, a lively area brimming with restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Accommodation arrangements are made for the night.
Day 3 - Toronto - Niagara-on-the-Lake - Niagara Falls
After enjoying breakfast, we will take a journey to the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. You'll have time to explore and soak in the delightful atmosphere of this picturesque locale. We then head to the iconic Niagara Falls, where we'll capture the beauty of the Floral Clock before embarking on the thrilling Hornblower Niagara Cruise. This small boat adventure brings us right to the foot of the mighty falls, offering an unforgettable close-up experience. Afterwards, you'll have free time to explore the lively attractions of Clifton Hill. In the late afternoon, we'll settle into our accommodation in Niagara Falls, ready for the next day's adventures.
Day 4 - Niagara Falls - Corning - New York
Following breakfast, we set off towards New York, making a notable stop in Corning. Celebrated for its extensive collection of glass objects, Corning offers enthusiasts the opportunity to explore the remarkable glass museum. After this captivating visit, we continue our journey to the vibrant city of New York.
Day 5 - New York
After breakfast, we'll embark on a comprehensive tour of New York City, exploring the contrasts of higher, middle, and lower Manhattan. Our itinerary includes iconic sites such as Wall Street, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick's Cathedral, Central Park, Columbus Circle, the AOL/Time Warner Building, the vibrant Village, Little Italy, and Battery Park offering a panoramic view of the Statue of Liberty. In the evening, we whisk you away to Times Square, the pulsating heart of the city known for its dazzling Broadway shows and vibrant lights. Please note, if your confirmed accommodation is in the Times Square vicinity, the transfer is not provided.
Day 6 - New York - Philadephia - Washington
This morning, we begin our journey to Philadelphia, where we'll explore Independence National Park, home to the iconic Liberty Bell. After immersing ourselves in this historic site, we continue our travels to Washington D.C., the capital of the United States. Upon arrival, we provide a night transfer to Georgetown, known for being the city's most vibrant district, brimming with bars and restaurants. Here, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere and savour various dining options before we settle in for the night at our accommodation.
Day 7 - Washington
After breakfast in Washington D.C., we set off to explore the iconic sights of the city. Our journey begins with a drive past the Pentagon in Virginia, making a photographic stop at the Iwo Jima Memorial. We continue with visits to the poignant Lincoln, Korean, and Vietnam Memorials. A highlight of our tour is the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, followed by a photo opportunity at the White House. We then circle the Capitol Building, concluding our morning in the museum-rich area of Washington D.C. In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely cruise along the Potomac River, offering a unique perspective of the city's landmarks. After returning to the hotel, you have the option to join an enchanting evening tour of Washington by night. Note: The Potomac River cruise is seasonal and is not available from October to March.
Day 8 - Washington
After a leisurely breakfast in Washington, our services conclude. Enjoy your remaining time in the nation's capital exploring at your own pace. Whether it's a return visit to the museums or a stroll around the historic streets, you have the opportunity to reflect on the journey. Safe travels as you continue on your way or make your journey home.
