Day 1 - Montreal
Welcome to Montreal! Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your hotel where you can enjoy some leisure time to explore the vibrant city at your own pace. In the afternoon, you will receive details about the start of the tour, either through our informative booklets at the hotel reception or directly from our tour representatives. Embrace the opportunity to unwind and acclimate in this bustling cultural hub. Let the anticipation of your journey set in as you prepare to explore the best of what Montreal has to offer. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Montreal - Quebec
After enjoying breakfast, we embark on a panoramic tour of Montreal. Our morning exploration includes visits to notable sites such as Parc Mont Royal, offering sweeping views of the city, the iconic St. Joseph's Oratory, and the impressive Cathedral. These locations provide a glimpse into the cultural and architectural richness of Montreal. Following our tour and lunch, we head towards Quebec. Upon arrival, you'll settle into your accommodation, ready to explore this historic city at your own pace later.
Day 3 - Quebec
After enjoying breakfast, we'll embark on a panoramic tour of Quebec City in the morning. You'll have the opportunity to admire renowned landmarks such as the iconic Chteau Frontenac, the charming Place Royale, the revered Sainte Anne de Beaupr, and the historic Citadelle. In the afternoon, you'll have free time, during which we recommend visiting the stunning Montmorency Falls, an impressive natural wonder that offers breathtaking views. Take your time to explore at your own pace and immerse yourself in the area's vibrant culture and history.
Day 4 - Quebec - Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts - Mont-Tremblant - Ottawa
Following breakfast, we embark on a journey through the picturesque Canadian landscapes as we head towards the stunning Laurentian Hills. Our first stop is the delightful town of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, where you can enjoy the charming atmosphere. We then proceed to Mont-Tremblant, renowned for its world-famous ski resort, providing a scenic backdrop to our route. Continuing our journey, we arrive in Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, where you can settle in for the evening.
Day 5 - Ottawa - Thousand Islands - Toronto
Following breakfast, we begin our day with a tour of Ottawa, exploring iconic sites including the Rideau Canal and the Parliament Buildings, where you can witness the Changing of the Guard ceremony (available only in July and August). Our journey continues to Gananoque, where we embark on a captivating cruise through the St. Lawrence River and the stunning Thousand Islands region. After marvelling at the breathtaking river landscapes, we proceed south, arriving at our hotel in Toronto late in the afternoon, ready to unwind and prepare for the next chapter of our adventure.
Day 6 - Toronto
After breakfast, we embark on a sightseeing tour of Toronto, covering vibrant Chinatown, the architecturally striking City Hall, the bustling Financial District, and the expansive Eaton Centre. You'll also have the chance to visit Casa Loma and other noteworthy sights. In the afternoon, explore at your leisure. You might choose to ascend the iconic CN Tower for panoramic city views, indulge in shopping at the Eaton Centre, or wander through the Underground City, an intriguing maze of shopping galleries beneath the financial heart of Toronto. As evening falls, you may wish to visit Queens Quay, renowned for its lively atmosphere and variety of restaurants. Well ensure your accommodation in Toronto is comfortable and welcoming.
Day 7 - Toronto - Niagara-on-the-Lake - Niagara Falls
Following breakfast, we travel to the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through this charming area before we proceed to the iconic Niagara Falls. Here, you'll have the opportunity to photograph the renowned Floral Clock. Afterwards, we embark on the thrilling Hornblower Niagara Cruise, taking you right to the base of the famous falls for an unforgettable experience. Later, you'll have free time to explore the attractions of Clifton Hill. As the day concludes, we make our way to the hotel in Niagara Falls for an overnight stay.
Day 8 - Niagara Falls - Corning - New York
After breakfast, we'll set off for New York. En route, we'll make a stop in Corning, renowned for its expansive collection of glass artworks. If you're interested, you may visit the impressive museum here before we continue our journey to New York.
Day 9 - New York
Following breakfast, experience an all-encompassing tour of New York City, taking you through the vibrant sections of Manhattanfrom the heights of Midtown to the bustling streets of Lower Manhattan. Immerse yourself in the financial hub of Wall Street, the grandeur of Rockefeller Center, and the historic charm of St Patricks Cathedral. Meander through the serene landscapes of Central Park and admire the architectural flair of Columbus Circle and the AOL Time Warner Building. Delve into the cultural pockets of the Village and Little Italy, eventually reaching Battery Park, where youll be treated to a stunning view of the Statue of Liberty.As night falls, we whisk you off to Times Square, the pulsating core of the city. Here, you can soak up the electrifying atmosphere of Broadways musicals and the resplendent lights that make this area famous. Note: Should your hotel be located in the Times Square vicinity, no additional transfer will be provided.
Day 10 - New York - Philadephia - Washington
Today, we will journey to Philadelphia, making a notable stop at Independence National Park to admire the iconic Liberty Bell, a symbol of American independence. We continue onward to Washington, D.C., the nation's capital, where we will be staying overnight. Upon our arrival, we'll experience the vibrant atmosphere of Georgetown, known for its lively bars and restaurants, with an included night transfer. It's the perfect opportunity to explore the city's most spirited neighbourhood before settling in for the night.
Day 11 - Washington
Following breakfast, we set out to explore the iconic sights of Washington D.C. Our day commences with a drive past the Pentagon, with a pause for photos at the Iwo Jima Memorial, situated in Virginia. We then make our way to several poignant landmarks, including the Lincoln, Korean, and Vietnam Memorials. Our journey continues with a visit to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. A photo opportunity at the White House follows, before we journey around the Capitol, concluding our morning in Washingtons renowned museum district. In the afternoon, we embark on a scenic boat cruise along the Potomac River, offering views of the city's notable sites. Please note, this cruise is unavailable from October through March due to weather conditions. After returning to the hotel, you might choose to take an optional evening tour, showcasing Washington by night, before retiring to your accommodation.
Day 12 - Washington
