Day 1 - Montreal
Upon arriving in Montreal, you'll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel where you'll have some free time to relax or explore at your leisure. In the afternoon, you'll receive details about the upcoming itinerary and can also check the informative panels at the hotel reception for more information about the circuit's commencement. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Montreal - Quebec
Following a hearty breakfast in Montreal, we embark on a captivating morning tour of this vibrant city. Our itinerary includes visits to key landmarks such as Parc Mont Royal, where you'll enjoy panoramic views, the impressive St. Joseph's Oratory, and the stunning Cathedral. After the tour, we depart for Quebec, allowing you time to savour lunch on your own. Upon arrival in Quebec, we'll check into the hotel, where you'll have the chance to relax and explore the charming surroundings at your leisure.
Day 3 - Quebec
Following breakfast, we will embark on a morning panoramic tour of Quebec City, showcasing its most iconic landmarks, such as the Chteau Frontenac, Place Royale, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupr, and the Citadelle. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore at your leisure; we suggest a visit to the majestic Montmorency Falls, where you can witness the remarkable natural beauty of one of Canada's tallest waterfalls.
Day 4 - Quebec - Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts - Mont-Tremblant - Ottawa
Following breakfast, we embark on a journey through the breathtaking Canadian landscapes. Our route takes us through the enchanting Laurentian Hills, with a stop at the picturesque town of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. Here, you can experience the quaint charm of this delightful community. We then proceed to Mont-Tremblant, renowned for its world-famous ski resort. The adventure continues as we head towards Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, where we settle in for our stay.
Day 5 - Ottawa - Thousand Islands - Toronto
Following an invigorating breakfast, we'll commence our exploration of Ottawa with a city tour. Highlights include visits to the iconic Rideau Canal and the majestic Parliament Buildings, where you can witness the Changing of the Guard during July and August. Our journey then takes us to Gananoque for a captivating sightseeing cruise, offering stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and its picturesque Thousand Islands. Upon returning to shore, we'll continue our southward travels, arriving at our hotel in Toronto late in the afternoon.
Day 6 - Toronto
Following breakfast, we embark on a comprehensive tour of Toronto, highlighting its vibrant districts and iconic landmarks. Our itinerary includes a visit to Chinatown, City Hall, and the bustling Financial District, along with the Eaton Centre and the historic Casa Loma. You'll have the entire afternoon at your disposal to further explore the city. Consider a visit to the CN Tower for panoramic views, enjoy shopping at the Eaton Centre, or discover the vast Underground City with its 25 kilometres of retail arcades beneath the financial hub. As evening descends, take the opportunity to reach Queens Quay, a dynamic waterfront area teeming with restaurants and leisure options. Accommodation arrangements are organised for the night.
Day 7 - Toronto - Niagara-on-the-Lake - Niagara Falls
After breakfast, we make our way to the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, renowned for its well-preserved 19th-century architecture and scenic beauty. Following some leisure time to explore the towns quaint shops and cafes, we continue to the awe-inspiring Niagara Falls. Here, we pause for photos at the famous Floral Clock before boarding the Hornblower Niagara Cruise, a thrilling boat ride that takes us to the very base of the thundering falls. In the afternoon, you have free time to experience the excitement of Clifton Hill's attractions. We conclude our day with an overnight stay at our hotel in Niagara Falls, arriving in the late afternoon.
Day 8 - Niagara Falls - Corning - New York
Following breakfast, we set off for New York, with a stop at Corning. This town is renowned for having the world's largest collection of glass objects. Those who wish can explore the impressive museum before we continue onwards to New York.
Day 9 - New York
Following breakfast, we embark on a panoramic tour of New York City, exploring the vibrant neighbourhoods of Manhattan. Our journey covers the iconic streets of Wall Street, the elegance of Rockefeller Center, the grandeur of St Patricks Cathedral, and the verdant expanse of Central Park. We'll pass through the bustling Columbus Circle and admire the architectural beauty of the AOL/Time Warner Building. As we wander through the charming streets of Greenwich Village and the historic Little Italy, we reach Battery Park, offering a striking view of the Statue of Liberty. In the evening, we include a transfer to Times Square, the pulsating heart of the city renowned for its dazzling lights and world-famous Broadway musicals. If your hotel is located in the Times Square area, no additional transfer will be arranged.
Day 10 - New York - Philadephia - Washington
Today, we leave New York behind and make our way to Philadelphia. Here, we'll visit Independence National Park, home to the iconic Liberty Bell, symbolising American independence and freedom. After taking in the historic atmosphere, we'll continue our journey to Washington, D.C., the vibrant capital of the United States. Upon arrival, we'll take you to Georgetown, renowned for its lively atmosphere filled with charming bars and restaurants perfect for an evening of relaxation and exploration. You will stay overnight in Washington, ready for new adventures tomorrow.
Day 11 - Washington
Following breakfast, we'll set off to explore the sights of Washington D.C. Our journey starts with a brief view of the Pentagon as we pass by, stopping for a photo opportunity at the Iwo Jima Memorial in Virginia. We then proceed to visit the Lincoln, Korean War, and Vietnam Veterans Memorials. There's a stop at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and you'll have a chance to capture a photo of the iconic White House. Our morning concludes with a drive around the Capitol before we visit the museum district of Washington. In the afternoon, we offer a boat tour on the Potomac River, showcasing some of the city's most notable landmarks. After this leisurely excursion, we return to the hotel. For those interested, the evening presents an optional tour to witness Washington D.C. beautifully illuminated at night, before we retire to our accommodations. Please note that the Potomac River boat tour does not operate from October to March due to weather conditions.
Day 12 - Washington - Lancaster USA - New York
Start your day with breakfast before we depart from Washington, journeying to Lancaster. Here, you'll have the opportunity to observe the distinctive Amish farms and experience the unique lifestyle that has remained largely unchanged since the 18th century. We'll make a stop for lunch en route. Our travels then continue as we head back to New York, where we'll arrive in the afternoon, leaving you with time to explore the city or relax at your own pace.
Day 13 - New York
Following breakfast, our tour services conclude in New York. Wishing you safe travels and many wonderful memories as you continue your journey or return home.
