Day 1 - Montreal
As you arrive in Montreal, you'll be warmly welcomed with a transfer to your hotel. Once there, you'll have some free time to unwind and explore the vibrant city. In the afternoon, we will provide you with all the essential details about the start of your journey. You can also find helpful information on the panels in the hotel reception area. Enjoy your first day at your leisure, savouring the charm of Montreal as you ease into your adventure. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Montreal - Quebec
After enjoying breakfast, we'll embark on a panoramic tour of Montreal, offering a glimpse of this vibrant city's many attractions. Our morning highlights include a visit to beautiful Parc Mont Royal, the impressive St. Joseph's Oratory, and the stunning Cathedral. Following a leisurely lunch, we'll set out for Quebec. Upon arrival, you'll have some time to settle into your accommodation and begin exploring the rich history and culture that Quebec has to offer.
Day 3 - Quebec
Following breakfast, we embark on a morning panoramic tour of Quebec City, showcasing its most significant landmarks such as the iconic Chteau Frontenac, the historic Place Royale, the renowned Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupr Basilica, and the formidable Citadelle. In the afternoon, youll enjoy free time to explore at your own pace. We recommend a visit to the stunning Montmorency Falls, a natural wonder that stands even taller than Niagara Falls.
Day 4 - Quebec - Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts - Mont-Tremblant - Ottawa
After breakfast, we embark on a journey through the stunning Canadian landscapes. Our route takes us through the Laurentian Hills, renowned for their natural beauty. We'll make a stop in the picturesque town of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, offering a glimpse into the charming local life. Our adventure then continues to Mont-Tremblant, famed for its renowned ski resort. We journey onwards to Ottawa, the vibrant capital city of Canada, where we'll arrive and settle in for our stay.
Day 5 - Ottawa - Thousand Islands - Toronto
We start our day in Ottawa with a morning tour, exploring key highlights such as the Rideau Canal and the Parliament Buildings, where, if you visit in July or August, you can witness the impressive Changing of the Guard ceremony. Our journey continues to Gananoque, where we embark on a scenic cruise through the stunning waterways of the St. Lawrence River, navigating the picturesque Thousand Islands. Following the cruise, we proceed south, arriving in Toronto late in the afternoon for our evening accommodation.
Day 6 - Toronto
Following breakfast, we will embark on a comprehensive sightseeing tour of Toronto. Our journey will take us through diverse locales, including Chinatown, City Hall, the Financial District, Eaton Centre, and the splendid Casa Loma, alongside other key attractions. In the afternoon, you have the freedom to explore further. Consider a visit to the iconic CN Tower, indulge in some retail therapy at Eaton Centre, or explore the extensive Underground City, boasting 25 kilometres of shopping galleries beneath the financial district. As evening descends, head to Queens Quaya vibrant leisure hub brimming with restaurants and entertainment. We will stay overnight in Toronto, allowing you to soak in the city's vibrant atmosphere.
Day 7 - Toronto - Niagara-on-the-Lake - Niagara Falls
Following breakfast, we embark on a journey to the picturesque town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Here, you'll have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the towns charm. Our journey continues to the iconic Niagara Falls, where well pause to capture photographs of the renowned Floral Clock. We then hop aboard the Hornblower Niagara Cruise, which will bring us close to the foot of the majestic falls. Afterwards, you'll have some leisure time to explore the attractions on Clifton Hill. In the late afternoon, we make our way to our hotel in Niagara Falls for the night.
Day 8 - Niagara Falls - Corning - New York
Following breakfast, we will journey towards New York, making an intriguing stop in Corning along the way. Corning is renowned for having the world's largest collection of glass objects. Those with an interest can explore the remarkable museum here before we continue our journey to New York City.
Day 9 - New York
Following breakfast, we'll embark on a panoramic tour of New York City, covering the dynamic neighbourhoods of Manhattan. Our journey will take us through iconic areas such as Wall Street, the bustling financial hub, and the sprawling expanse of Central Park. Well admire the grandeur of landmarks like Rockefeller Center and St Patrick's Cathedral and experience the vibrancy of Columbus Circle and the AOL Time Warner Building. As we explore, you'll also encounter the charm of the Village, the cultural tapestry of Little Italy, and take in the stunning views of the Statue of Liberty from Battery Park. In the evening, a transfer will whisk you away to the pulsating heart of New York Times Square. Here, amidst the dazzling lights and the magic of Broadway, youll find endless entertainment options for your enjoyment. Please note, if your hotel is located in the Times Square area, no extra transfer will be provided.
Day 10 - New York
