Day 1 - Vienna
Welcome to Vienna! Upon your arrival, we will ensure a smooth transfer to your hotel, after which you will have the opportunity to unwind during some free time. Take this time to explore the nearby surroundings or simply relax as you prepare for the days ahead. In the afternoon, you will find helpful information about the commencement of your tour on the notice boards located in the hotel reception area. Please note: This tour may have travellers joining or departing at various points along the route, meaning group composition can change during the tour. Please also be aware that depending on group composition, guiding may be in additional languages as well as English.
Day 2 - Vienna
Today, we'll set off on a panoramic tour of Vienna, led by a knowledgeable local guide. We'll explore the city's grand avenues, elegant palaces, expansive parks, and lively city centre, offering a glimpse into Vienna's rich cultural tapestry. In the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to uncover more of Vienna's treasures at your own pace. As evening falls, we'll whisk you away to the charming Grinzing district, once a quaint wine-growing village and now a vibrant part of the city. Here, you'll have the freedom to enjoy dinner, surrounded by the area's traditional taverns that exude old-world charm.
Day 3 - Vienna - Budapest
On the morning of our third day, we journey from Vienna to Budapest, taking approximately three hours. Upon arrival in Hungary's vibrant capital, our first destination is the bustling V�ci utca, where you will have the opportunity to savour a leisurely lunch at your own pace. Following this, we include a delightful boat trip on the iconic Danube River, offering you superb views as Buda and Pest unveil themselves on opposite banks. This unique vantage point reveals why Budapest is often referred to as the "Queen of the Danube." Afterwards, we embark on a panoramic tour to capture more of Budapest's striking allure, ensuring you have ample time later to explore independently. In the evening, you may choose to attend an optional Magyar show that includes dinner, providing a taste of local culture and cuisine.
Day 4 - Budapest - Bratislava - Prague
On Day 4, we depart from Budapest early in the morning, setting off towards Bratislava, the picturesque capital of Slovakia, nestled along the Danube River. Known for its charming historic centre, Bratislava offers a pleasing blend of old-world architecture and modern vibrancy. You'll have the opportunity to explore this delightful city and enjoy a leisurely lunch. After our stop in Bratislava, we continue our journey to the Czech Republic. We'll reach Prague by the evening, where we'll provide a transfer to the bustling Old Town Square. This central hub brims with energy and is the perfect place to begin your acquaintance with Prague. You can choose to dine at your leisure, with numerous restaurants in the area offering diverse international cuisines, including Czech, Chinese, Indian, and Italian options. After dinner, we'll head back to the hotel to conclude the day.
Day 5 - Prague
Today, we will explore Prague, the mesmerising Baroque gem of Europe. A local guide will lead us on a panoramic tour, highlighting the city�s remarkable monuments and cultural landmarks. Our tour includes a visit to the historic Prague Castle, where admission is provided. Following the castle, we will enjoy a scenic boat ride on the picturesque Vltava River. In the afternoon, you will have time to wander and discover Prague at your own pace. Whether it�s soaking in the rich history or enjoying modern delights, the city offers something for every traveller.
Day 6 - Prague - Pilsen - Rothenburg - Frankfurt
On day six, we'll set off from Prague in the early morning, making our first stop in Pilsen, situated in western Bohemia. This city is famously known for its beer, and you'll have ample time to explore its historic centre. Take in the sights of the Old Town Square, the impressive cathedral, the Plague Column, and the elegant Renaissance-era town hall. After soaking in Pilsen's charms, we'll venture into Germany, travelling along parts of the scenic Romantic Road to reach Rothenburg. This enchanting town, renowned as one of Germany's most picturesque, offers the impression of stepping into a fairy tale. Our journey will then continue to Frankfurt, Germany's financial hub. Upon our evening arrival, you can enjoy some free time exploring the historic city centre. Here, you'll discover a diverse selection of restaurants, serving Indian, Asian, Italian, and other international cuisines. Your day promises a blend of cultural discovery and delightful culinary options.
Day 7 - Frankfurt
As we conclude our journey, enjoy a final breakfast and reflect on the wonderful experiences and memories you�ve gathered along the way. Today marks the end of your adventure, with the chance to revisit the highlights in your mind and perhaps plan your next exploration. Travel safely and farewell until your next adventure!
