Day 3 - Free day
Today is free for you to independently explore more of this beautiful and vibrant city, or consider booking a gaucho day trip to experience life as a cowboy. As the Tango capital of the world, no visit to Buenos Aires would be complete without taking in a tango show where dinner and a dance lesson are a great place to start your evening.
Day 4 - Buenos Aires to Iguazu
Buenos Aires – Iguazu. Travel to Buenos Aires airport to board your flight to Puerto Iguazu, gateway to Iguazu Falls. Stretching for more than 1.5 miles and composed of over 250 separate cascades, the falls have been hailed as one of the Seven Wonders of the Natural World. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Days 5-6 - Iguazu Falls
On day 5, head out on a full day tour of the spectacular Iguazu Falls in Iguazu National Park. Explore the park via three circuits best known as Lower Path, Higher path and the Devil's Throat Path. The Lower Path walkways meander through lush jungle offering great views of most of the rapids and falls from a lower point of view. The Higher Path, following the elevated walkways offers breathtaking views from a cliff-point outlook. Accessed via the Ecological Jungle Train, The Devil’s Throat path offers the most incredible views of the falls, with 14 cascades tumbling over 260 feet into the frothing water below.
Spend the following day at leisure. Perhaps head over the border to explore the Brazilian side of the falls, explore the surrounding rain forest or simply relax in your chosen hotel.
Day 7 - Fly to Rio
Iguazu – Rio de Janeiro. Transfer to Foz do Iguassu airport in Brazil for your flight to Rio de Janeiro today, where you will be met upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to independently explore Brazil's vibrant party capital.
